The North Face Stratford is an official Partnership store, owned and operated by Ellis Brigham Mountain Sports - a British family brand that has been kitting out explorers for nearly 100 years.

We are looking for a dynamic and professional

Store Manager

to run our TNF store in Stratford.

Situated in the iconic Westfield Shopping Centre, you'll be in a vibrant and competitive location that offers plenty of opportunities for growth and progression. You'll lead your team in providing exceptional customer service and taking ownership of the store's progress.

The role:



Represent The North Face, sharing and communicating the brand values to staff and customers Oversee all operational procedures, ensuring accuracy and accountability Work with your staff on their personal and career development, develop training schedules to improve individual and team performance Maintain store VM in line with brand guidelines, ensuring stock is well-maintained and displayed Work with Regional Manager and Retail Team to plan seasonal changes and drive KPIs Monitor sales and develop strategies for improvement

The person:



Organised and highly motivated Retail Management experience at a Supervisor or Assistant Manager level Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with customers, store team, and Head Office staff Detail-orientated and able to work on operations as well as on the shopfloor Passionate about helping customers and driving sales Interested in fashion retail or outdoor activity Awareness of the area and its customer-base

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 33,000.00-36,500.00 per year
