Store Manager Location: Tredegar

Contract Type: Permanent Contract Hours: Full Time (40 hours per week)

The Vape Escape are a growing vape and e-cig retailer in the UK. With over 25 stores across South Wales and continuing to expand across the UK, we're now looking for someone special to join us in Tredegar.

What you'll be doing As Store Manager (Vape Specialist), you'll be:

Inspiring and motivating your team to deliver a level of customer service that exceeds all expectations

Coaching and developing your team members in all aspects of their role

Organised to effectively plan priorities and be able to respond to deadlines and challenges Overseeing the day-to-day running of the store including rota management/time and attendance, store standards, stock management and cash handling in line with company procedures and best practice

Your experience

Experience in managing a team, preferably within a retail or hospitality environment

Strong leadership skills, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to cope with changing priorities, maintaining a calm and resilient work ethic

Able to work well under pressure when required.
