Are you an experienced Optical professional ready to step into leadership? Vision Express Warwick is looking for a Store Manager to lead a small, passionate team in a hands-on, customer-facing role.



This is a great opportunity for someone looking to progress their career in optics, combining clinical expertise with team management and customer care. The role is available as a fixed term contract or secondment to cover maternity leave.

Previous experience of developing a store improvement plan. Managing resource to meet demand and maximise sales. Solving complex problems for colleagues and customers. Remaining delivery focussed throughout challenging times. Being customer obsessed and providing exceptional customer service. Showing emotional intelligence to support yourself, colleagues or customers in difficult moments. Working as part of a winning team and taking lessons from mistakes. Managing a team, selecting and developing colleagues and working with HR. Displaying a positive attitude that has influenced others to commit to a cause.
