Alongside being a manager, you will also play an active part in engaging and building relationships with your community.
Some of your key responsibilities as a Store Manager would be:
Taking overall accountability for your store and team, ensuring a great customer experience is being delivered
Providing excellent leadership to your team to create a high-performance culture
Leading the team to drive sales, memberships and community engagement
Driving people-related activities such as training, development and performance, whilst still being hands-on within the store when needed
Actively involved with social initiatives and volunteering hours to support your local community
Who are we looking for?
Our ideal Store Manager candidate would have;
Experience within retail management - preferably in a food store setting (required)
Strong leadership experience and ability to inspire teams through leading by example
Sound commercial and business acumen
A natural ability to listen, interact and communicate with customers and team members
The ability to multi-task, be self-assured and organised
