What You'll Do
Lead by example on the shop floor, setting the tone for friendly, attentive service.
Motivate, train, and develop your team to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
Handle customer feedback and complaints with professionalism and care.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, product presentation, and store atmosphere.
Manage daily operations including stock, ordering, cash handling, and rotas.
Work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and peak seasonal periods to support store needs.
Drive sales through great service, upselling, and team engagement.
Monitor KPIs and work with the Area Manager to continually improve performance.
