Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QSR Manager to join our store in City Center Wolverhampton. As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering the GDK customer experience and driving the success of our store. With a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of service, operational efficiency, and quality, you will be the cornerstone of our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, cleanliness, and customer service. Manage and lead the team, ensuring staff development, training, and motivation. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as brand standards. Deliver exceptional customer experiences, resolving concerns in a timely and professional manner. Perform stock management, ordering, and cost control. Contribute to the achievement of store targets including sales growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.

What We're Looking For:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in fast food or QSR management.

Leadership:

Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.

Customer Focused:

A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Operational Excellence:

Ability to maintain high operational standards under pressure.

Flexibility:

Ability to work 6 days per week with a commitment to flexibility in scheduling.

Adaptibility

: Demonstrate strong adaptability by supporting both front-of-house and back-of-house operations during busy times to keep service running smoothly.
