The Role

Papa Johns are looking for great people to join us as Store Managers in Worcester. A great career opportunity to join an amazing company. Your role as a Store Manager is key to supporting the franchisee and senior management team to ensure the store is run efficiently and in accordance with the company policies and procedures. You will directly lead, coach and inspire all team members on your shift to ensure they provide total customer satisfaction and a great product at all times.

You will be responsible for the safe, legal & profitable day to day running of the store operations. This includes engaging and developing your team, sales forecasting & effective scheduling, cost control and maintaining high operational standards in accordance with the company policies and procedures.
