The Role

This position will cover all aspects of our CUPP boba-rista and Supervisor position along with many more aspects outlined below. The responsibility of CUPP Store Manager is to ensure the smooth running of your CUPP store on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You must be invested in the success of your store and the development of your people as well is be super passionate about customer service and all things boba! Lead from the front!

Responsibilities

Supervise daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning and adherence to company policies. Manage and train staff, fostering a positive team environment that promotes collaboration and high performance. Oversee food preparation and production processes to ensure quality standards are consistently met. Maintain compliance with food safety regulations and health standards, implementing best practices in food handling. Handle inventory management, including ordering supplies and monitoring stock levels to minimise waste. Engage with customers to provide exceptional service, addressing any concerns or feedback promptly. Develop schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours while managing labour costs effectively. Implement marketing strategies to promote store offerings and enhance customer engagement.

Skills

Proven experience in supervising roles within the restaurant or hospitality sector. Culinary skills with knowledge of food preparation techniques and safety standards. Excellent leadership abilities with a focus on team management and development. Familiarity with food production processes and kitchen operations is essential. Experience in serving customers in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong interpersonal skills. Background in hotel or barista experience is advantageous but not mandatory. Ability to work under pressure while maintaining attention to detail and quality service delivery.
