We are now recruiting a Store Person to join our Stores and Yard team based at our Snitterfield, Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwickshire, head office.

You will be part of an established Stores and Yard team and help contribute to the efficient running of the stores and yard area, particularly in ensuring that we supply our field engineers with the correct equipment and materials.

Reporting to the Stores Manager, you will help ensure that incoming deliveries are stored appropriately and that there are adequate stock levels of essential items for the daily needs of the business. Plus, you will play a part in the upkeep and organisation of the Stores and Yard.

This role is key to ensuring smooth operations across the business and is a super position for the right person.

As a Store Person we're looking for someone who can ....

Receive incoming deliveries

on a daily basis, including all associated paperwork and checks.

Store items appropriately

so that materials and equipment are easily found.

Prepare materials for our Field Engineers

as required, so that engineers can get back out on the road as soon as possible.

General housekeeping

to ensure all areas of Stores and Yard are clean and tidy.

As a Store Person the right person will...

Have a Full UK Driving Licence. Be Physically Fit and capable of handling manual tasks, including loading and unloading equipment. Be organised with a strong attention to detail. Have a good work ethic and a sense of humour.

As a Store Person you will need Knowledge and Experience:

You would benefit from having previously worked in a Warehouse, Stores or as an Engineer. Experience of working in a small team would also be useful as we are looking for a positive Team Player. IT Knowledge: you will be inputting data into a computer system, so is useful. A Forklift licence would also be useful but not essential.
