Job Title: Stores Person / Driver

Salary Range: 24,000 - 26,500 per annum
Location: Peterborough (Fixed Location)

We are currently seeking a dedicated Stores Person / Driver to manage our equipment and material store in Peterborough. This role is instrumental in ensuring our equipment is organised, maintained, and delivered to various sites as required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and account for all equipment at Head Office and onsite, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Supervise the cleaning and servicing of equipment returned to our workshop, preparing it for redeployment.
- Maintain and update the asset register consistently.
- Liaise with the Workshop Manager and on-site operatives to assess and fulfill site requirements.
- Conduct deliveries of equipment to/from our sites as needed.

Ideal Candidate:
- Holds a full UK driving licence for equipment deliveries.
- Demonstrates strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Has a good working knowledge of Excel spreadsheets.
- Is familiar with COSHH waste regulations (desirable).
- Exhibits a proactive approach to problem-solving and communication.
- Shows a commitment to quality and safety standards.
- Is a team player who collaborates effectively with colleagues.
