THE ROLE



STORE SERVICE ADVISOR: Kendal Menswear



We are looking for an energetic and enthusiastic store service advisor who understands the world of luxury fashion to expand our team. You'll be a good fit if you have a strong retail background, an outgoing personality and the ability to provide a meaningful and personalised experience for our customers.

You must have experience in a retail environment, a strong understanding of women's fashion and an excellent work ethic. Providing unrivalled customer service is at the heart of what we do, so we are looking for someone who shares this passion and has a positive, can-do attitude.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES



Understanding and exceeding sales targets Establishing, building, and managing strong long-term customer relationships Providing exemplary customer service Visual merchandising to the highest standard Learning and sharing product knowledge Supporting in other areas of store operations Liaising with various other departments within the business.

Hours Between: 10:00am - 5:00pm - Part time 2/3 days per week.
