Now we're opening our first

B2B packaging store

-- and we're looking for someone who'll make every visitor feel welcome and valued.

What you'll do

Greet business customers and find the right packaging solutions. Keep our store looking great -- tidy shelves, clear pricing, happy vibes. Spot bigger opportunities and book meetings for our Key Account Manager. Work with the warehouse team to arrange deliveries and collections. Turn small issues into 5? reviews with friendly service.

What you'll bring

Experience in retail, trade counter, B2B or customer service (1+ year). You're a people person -- friendly, confident, and reliable. Good with computers (email, basic spreadsheets, CRM). Team player who enjoys a fast, hands-on day. Right to work in the UK.
(Sustainable knowledge and B2B experience a plus!)
