It will also be your responsibility to motivate your team, exceed your stores targets and overall exceed your customers expectations.

Applicants must have at least

12 months previous retail supervisory experience

working within a commercial customer focused environment.

Key Responsibilities:

To assist in the training, coaching and developing of the team to ensure they deliver our standards and great customer experience Knowledge of back office duties, ordering and the input of delivery dockets Maintain stock levels by replenishing displays and fridges To delegate and prioritise tasks to sales assistants Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times To operate the till in line with company till operation and cash handling procedures Ensure the shop floor is clean and tidy at all times

Hours of Work:

37.5 hours per week

Applicants should be flexible to work mornings, afternoons and evenings, as well as Monday- Sunday.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 13.50 per hour

Work Location: In person
