Duties

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies Lead, motivate, and develop a team of staff members to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service Manage inventory levels, merchandising strategies, and product displays to optimise sales opportunities Implement effective sales management techniques to drive revenue growth Maintain high standards of store presentation and cleanliness Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members Handle administrative tasks including scheduling, payroll management, and reporting Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration

Skills

Proven experience in management with a focus on sales performance Strong leadership abilities with experience in supervising teams Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Bilingual or multilingual capabilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customers Proficient in merchandising techniques to enhance product visibility and appeal Exceptional time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in administrative duties Knowledge of phone etiquette for professional customer interactions
