The Role



Driving sales in synergy with your management team Motivating, mentoring, and coaching sales associates Assisting your management team in implementing our established retail processes whilst looking for ways to improve them

How you'll be measured



Build and maintain new and existing customer relationships. Identifying training and customer service skills development among the team to reflect N. Peal company standards Ensure a high level of customer service through extensive product knowledge training Take ownership for the customer journey and how you can make it memorable for the customer Delivering training to help with the regular introduction of new products and services

Teamwork



Lead by example and model behaviour that reflects the company's core values Contribute to a positive atmosphere that is fun, professional, productive and team oriented.

We are looking for



A dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Associate to join our team. Strong personal selling and customer relations experience with 1-3 years of previous experience in a luxury fashion retail environment. Experience in working to sales targets. Fluency in English, additional languages would be a benefit (Mandarin, Arabic...). A genuine interest, passion and love for clothing and styling, and knowledge of current trends. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills and a strong team player. A presentable and articulate individual, ready to be the face of luxury cashmere. Ability to be organised, able to multitask and problem solve whilst working at pace. Strong communication skills. Someone who leads by example and role models behaviour that reflects the company's core values. A high degree of maturity and integrity.
