We are currently looking for a part time

Store Supervisor to join our

Bearwood team. You'll be responsible for assisting the Store Manager on a daily basis to achieve sales targets, ensuring staff are trained and providing excellent customer service, and that the store is presentable and stocked correctly.

The role will cover 30 hours per week on a flexible basis covering Monday to Sunday as required by the business.



What will you be doing?



Ensuring the team are greeting customers and providing excellent customer service. Making sure that the products and store are well presented and that the team has the knowledge and the passion to help our customers get just what they need. Handling cash and card transactions, taking orders and resolving customer queries. Embedding continuous delivery of the Clive Mark Customer Service standards in order to meet or exceed customers expectation and satisfaction. Ensuring adequate stock and range of products are available at the right time on the sales floor in order to meet the business objectives. Completing staff rotas to meet the trading needs of the business and ensure store is appropriately staffed at all times. Ensuring the day to day cash operations and security measures comply with company policy and procedures. Submitting daily cash sales and reconciliations on time to the relevant people. Completing the daily sales book and record all sales issues affecting store and sales performance. Motivate, train and coach the team to deliver increased sales. Lead and motivate staff to meet objectives.

The ideal person is:



experienced in supervisory/management within a customer facing retail environment Skilled in maximizing sales, overcoming problems with a positive mind set, and a can-do attitude to over achieve and lead from the front. used to performance management as a way of working. friendly, helpful and customer focused. well organised and good at prioritising multiple tasks. flexible to work different shifts. experienced with Excel, Word and PowerPoint. * understands reporting and seasonal trends.
