Store Supervisor - Cambridge Satchel, Cambridge



We are seeking a Store Supervisor to join our team in Cambridge. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and driving sales. You will ensure high standards on the shop floor and deliver outstanding customer service to create a welcoming shopping experience.

This position is for 32 hours per week, worked on a rota system, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Key Responsibilities:



Support the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising opportunities to meet store targets. Inspire the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer enjoys the best possible experience. Work collaboratively with the team, providing support and training while ensuring adherence to company guidelines and procedures. Ensure consistently high service standards are maintained by all team members. Clearly communicate targets and key updates through daily briefings. Manage the team in the Store Manager's absence, ensuring strong performance. Motivate and support the team to build lasting customer relationships. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Lead by example, ensuring the team represents the brand professionally. Assist in preparing store reports and analysing sales performance. Maintain confidentiality of financial information, targets, and product details. Ensure high visual merchandising and operational standards on the shop floor. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to uphold customer loyalty. Adhere to company procedures for banking, cash handling, and security. Promote a safe working environment by following health and safety regulations. Maintain a professional attitude and appearance at all times. Undertake additional duties as required, including administrative tasks and supporting other store locations when needed.

Highly organised and proactive, able to prioritise tasks effectively. Ability to uphold the brand image through behaviour and presentation.
