Store Supervisor - Cambridge Satchel, Frederick Street, Edinburgh



We are seeking a full-time Supervisor to join our store on Frederick Street, Edinburgh. You will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, leading the team, and driving sales. You will be responsible for maintaining high standards on the shop floor and ensuring every customer receives excellent service.

This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week on a rota system, including weekends and Bank Holidays.

Main Duties



Support the Store Manager in driving sales and maximising opportunities to achieve store targets. Inspire and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer service, ensuring every customer receives the best possible experience. Provide guidance, training, and support to the team, while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Oversee the team to maintain consistently high service standards. Communicate targets and key updates clearly through daily briefings. Oversee the team in the Store Manager's absence, maintaining strong performance and high standards. Foster a positive and collaborative working environment, building lasting customer relationships. Act as a role model, representing the brand with professionalism at all times. Assist with preparing store reports and analysing sales performance. Safeguard the confidentiality of financial information, targets, and product details. Ensure high visual merchandising and operational standards are maintained on the shop floor. Handle customer enquiries and complaints professionally to promote loyalty. Follow company procedures for banking, cash handling, and security. Promote a safe and compliant working environment in line with health and safety regulations. Maintain professionalism in both attitude and appearance at all times. Undertake additional duties as required, including administrative tasks and support for other store locations.
