We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Store Supervisor to lead our retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, driving sales, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. This role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to manage a diverse team, and a passion for retail. As a Store Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the store's standards and achieving business objectives.

Responsibilities

Lead and motivate the store team to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service. Manage daily operations including inventory management, merchandising, and staff scheduling. Supervise and train staff, providing guidance on sales techniques and customer engagement strategies. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to foster a positive shopping environment. Implement promotional strategies to increase sales and enhance customer loyalty. Maintain administrative tasks such as reporting sales data and managing budgets. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly to maintain high levels of satisfaction.

Requirements

Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role. Strong sales management skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on phone etiquette. Ability to manage diverse teams effectively; multilingual or bilingual skills are advantageous. Proficient in administrative tasks related to retail operations. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment. A passion for selling and providing exceptional customer service is essential.

Pay: 12.00-13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 - 40 per week
