We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic individual to join our sales team as a Supervisor. As a store Supervisor you will be expected to assist the Management team in ensuring the store is operating effectively and to the highest of standards. Your role is to provide excellent customer service and also monitor staff to ensure they are following your lead.
In the absence of management, you will be required to carry out a full managerial role.
Main Duties
Maximise sales by delivering excellent customer service Controlling costs and waste Controlling and replenishing stock levels Maintaining security within the store according to Company procedures Ensuring that all store standards including customer service, health and safety, food hygiene are maintained Ensure legal compliance according to Company policies and procedures To maintain up to date administration in accordance with existing procedure
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills Have product Knowledge is essential Be helpful and friendly and feel comfortable working with the public Be enthusiastic, committed and self motivated Have a 'can do' attitude to challenging situations Have a flexible approach to working hours Be able to work as part of a team but also on their own initiative
Please note we ask candidates have a minimum of two years previous supervisory experience and that they are available to work Monday to Sunday, morning evening and weekends.
