Work hours: By shift, between 4 am and 10 pm

The Role:

We're looking for an experienced and motivated Store Supervisor to support the day-to-day operations of our shop. In this role, you'll be a key member of the team, helping to lead by example, ensure smooth store performance, and deliver excellent customer service. Airside pass requirements: 5 years of continuous referencing, Accreditation Check consent and consent to undertake a Criminal Record Check. A Clean Criminal Record and a valid Passport or UK Drivers Licence are essential

Key Responsibilities:

Ad hoc support with store cover when the manager on annual leave or a day off Supervise and motivate team members to deliver top-tier service Open and close the store, including cashing up procedures Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and merchandise is well-presented Handle customer queries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner Assist with training new team members Monitor stock levels and support with ordering/replenishment Lead by example in providing friendly, efficient service

Proven experience in a supervisory or senior retail role Strong leadership and communication skills Confident decision-maker with a hands-on approach Enthusiastic and customer-focused Flexible availability, including weekends Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
