Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Supervisor to oversee our retail outlet. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing daily store operations, driving sales, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Duties:
- Organize and supervise all store operations to maximize efficiency
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store cleanliness
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets
- Provide leadership and guidance to the store team
- Manage inventory levels and control stock shrinkage
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills
- Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience in retail management with a strong sales background
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Outstanding phone etiquette and communication skills
- Bilingual proficiency is advantageous
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage a team
- Strong sales management skills with a focus on achieving targets
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
- Ability to drive sales through effective selling techniques
