Job Role:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Store Supervisor to join our team. You will play a key role in ensuring the store is always presented to the highest standard, with excellent stock management and rotation. This role will also involve carrying out Post Office services, supporting smooth daily operations, and delivering an outstanding shopping experience for every customer.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervising daily store operations and maintaining exceptional merchandising standards
Managing stock levels effectively, ensuring correct rotation and availability
Supporting Post Office services as required
Providing friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable customer service
Assisting with general store duties to ensure smooth running of the business
What We're Looking For:
Previous retail experience preferred; Post Office experience is an advantage
Strong commitment to delivering first-class customer service
Reliable, flexible, and a team player
Must be 18 or over
Full training will be provided
Contract Type:
Full-Time
Hours:
45 hours per week (incl. 45-min break). Shifts will vary between early, daytime, and late hours, and will include Saturdays.
Hourly Rate:
12.75
