Job Summary


We are seeking 2 dedicated and experienced Team Leaders to oversee our Shop operations in a dynamic Retail environment. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in Retail Sales, with the ability to lead a team effectively. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for ensuring high standards of Customer Service while fostering a positive work atmosphere.

Responsibilities



Supervise and coordinate daily Shop activities, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established procedures. Assist in Housekeeping, Sales and Customer Service, maintaining high standards of quality and presentation. Train and mentor Shop staff in Sales techniques, Customer Service, and operational procedures. Collaborate with management to adapt Sales displays to align with seasonal offerings and customer preferences. Ensure that all Shop equipment is maintained and operated safely, reporting any issues promptly. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed to ensure smooth operations. Uphold cleanliness standards in the Shop, ensuring compliance with health & Safety regulations. Foster a collaborative team environment, encouraging open communication and teamwork among staff members.

Skills



Proven experience in Customer facing environment within a retail setting, with strong Sales skills. Knowledge of best practices in Retail operations. Excellent leadership abilities with the capacity to motivate and guide a diverse team. Strong organisational skills with attention to detail in Housekeeping, retail Sales and customer Service. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining quality standards. A passion for Retail and providing exceptional service to customers.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From 12.75 per hour

Expected hours: 30 - 45 per week
