We are looking for proactive and reliable store staff to support the day-to-day operations of our busy convenience store, including assisting customers, supporting online delivery processes and maintaining overall store upkeep (stock rotation, stock deliveries). The ideal candidate will bring retail experience and a customer-first mindset. Key Responsibilities
Manage daily store operations, including opening/closing duties.
Ensure high standards of customer service, handling complaints and resolving issues professionally and efficiently.
Support online delivery services by coordinating order fulfilment and ensuring timely dispatch.
Maintain health and safety standards and ensure compliance with store policies and procedures.
Effective stock rotation and replenishment
Receive and check supplier deliveries
Must-Have Requirements
Experience in a retail environment- must be supported by employer references
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in resolving customer queries and complaints calmly and professionally.
Familiar with basic administrative tasks such as till operation
Managing cash handling procedures and maintain accurate record of sales.
Ability to work professionally and with staff members and customers
Flexible approach to working hours- including weekends, mornings, evenings and holidays
Nice-to-Have Skills
Experience in handling stock deliveries and processing invoices.
Familiarity with in-store promotions, pricing strategies and tracking product trends.
Ability to utilise in-store systems and delivery applications
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: 12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
