About us:
We are a leading HGV motor factors company, supplying parts and services to the heavy goods vehicle industry. Our team is dedicated to providing top-quality products and outstanding customer service. As we continue to grow, we're looking for a reliable and hardworking Storeman to join our team, experience in a similar field prefered however not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
Organize and maintain the warehouse, ensuring stock is correctly stored.
Pick, pack, and dispatch HGV parts efficiently.
Manage stock levels and process deliveries.
Perform regular stock checks and maintain accurate records.
Liaise with suppliers and customers when necessary.
Ensure health and safety standards are met.
Requirements:
Previous experience in a similar warehouse/storeman role, ideally within the automotive or HGV industry, however not essential as full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Forklift license (preferred but not essential).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills for stock management.
