Storeman/delivery Driver
Job Description
Bluecoat Engineering Ltd is a sheet metal fabrication based in Beckenham. We manufacture anything from small brackets to large elevator cars. The factory contains all different machinery including mills, lathes, laser cutter and brake presses.
As the Storeman you will be responsible for a busy stores allocating material to the relevant jobs whilst checking both goods inwards and dispatch.
Duties :
Moving goods around using Forklift
Checking and maintaining stock into and out of stores
Loading and unloading vehicles using a counterbalance FLT
General housekeeping
Provide cover for delivery driver when on annual leave and do extra deliveries when necessary.
The successful candidate will have the following experience:
FLT counterbalance license holder (Essential)
Checking goods inwards and allocating stock (Essential)
Excellent attention to detail
Ability to problem solve
Good communication skills
Team working skills
Full UK driving licence (Essential)
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.21-14.00 per hour
