Responsible for coordinating the Facilities, Stores, and Logistics functions to meet business objectives in
Quality, Cost, and Delivery (QCD)
. The role includes inventory management, resource planning, lean process support, and interdepartmental collaboration to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage stores, logistics, and facilities to support production and service delivery.
Monitor inventory levels and quality; implement corrective actions for recurring issues.
Plan ahead to prevent delays; present alternative solutions when risks arise.
Ensure adequate staff coverage during leave and peak periods.
Maintain readiness to respond to facility alarm callouts.
Support Projects, Repairs & Fabrication teams with resources and lean practices.
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment.
Support documentation processes: timesheets, inspections, logs, etc.
Track out-of-scope work for accurate invoicing.
Provide technical feedback and reporting to internal teams and customers.
Attend team briefings/toolbox talks and ensure accurate records.
