The Role:
The Red Alert Telecare team provide fully managed TECS equipment services (telecare, telehealth and other assistive technology) to our clients. At the core of our business, we provide industry leading stock control support from our stores based in Ashford, Kent.
We are urgently looking to recruit a full-time Stores Assistant to join our dedicated team to ensure the efficiency of the stock function and to support the Stock Manager and the team in recycling and maintenance of our technology equipment on behalf of the company and our clients. About You:
The successful candidate will understand the importance of accurate data entry, and possess an excellent eye for detail, as well as being able to work quickly and efficiently in our busy, fast paced environment. To be proficient in computer skills is a must with a good level of literacy in Microsoft packages as well as able to demonstrate good verbal and written communication skills.
It is essential that you have previous experience of a minimum of 1 year in a warehouse/stock environment, and desirable that you have also have database entry experience, however full training will also be provided. You must have a positive can do attitude and be willing to assist the wider team as and when required, and above all, have a desire to learn and develop your skills with a professional approach at all times.

Responsibilities
Assist in the handling, storage of materials within the Stores, ensuring efficient stocking and organisation.
Clean and sterilise all recycled equipment to a high standard
Perform shipping and receiving tasks.
Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using computer systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and workflow.
Adhere to safety protocols while performing heavy lifting.
