About the role



Be part of this 'once in a generation' project that will deliver clean energy to 6 million homes for the next 60


years. Sizewell C will see the creation of a 3.2 Gigawatt nuclear power station on the Suffolk coast to


provide reliable load low-carbon electricity.


The Civil Works Alliance is an extended delivery enterprise involving Sizewell C and three international


construction companies: Balfour Beatty, Bouygues Travaux Publics and Laing O'Rourke.

learning and experience from other major complex infrastructure programmes worldwide.

What you'll be doing



The Stores Assistant role will support the CWA by coordinating administrative and stores-related tasks,


maintaining accurate records, and contributing to the efficient operation of facilities, people, and processes within the Logistics Team


Support the effective management and coordination of facilities, personnel, operational processes,
and project-related activities to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of all facilities within the


wider Logistics Team. This includes contributing to strategic planning, overseeing daily operations,


and driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery.

Provide support to the Facilities Logistics Manager, Senior Management Team, and wider Logistics
Team as required.

Attend and assist with project meetings, including scheduling, documentation collation, minute-

taking, and follow-up actions.

Maintain and update project databases and team trackers for project staff and operatives. Provide general administrative support and ensure the accuracy and upkeep of the Logistics Team's
data systems.

Relay internal communications and updates from the Facilities Logistics Manager and Senior
Management Team.

Maintain electronic filing systems, ensuring records are accurate and aligned with statutory and
operational requirements.

Provide data inputs to support operational performance reporting and continuous improvement
initiatives
