As a Stores and Logistics Operative, you'll be at the heart of our logistics operations--managing goods in and out, maintaining accurate stock records, and ensuring timely deliveries. You'll work closely with the Logistics Manager and wider operational teams to meet departmental goals and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Act as a company ambassador, promoting a positive image internally and externally.
Manage goods inwards and outwards, ensuring quality, accuracy, and compliance with customer requirements.
Support warehouse initiatives including paperless working, barcoding, and automation.
Maintain safe and organised storage, accurate bin locations, and product weight data.
Carry out local and long-distance deliveries and collections, including occasional overnight stays.
Assist with forklift operations and equipment upkeep.
Ensure accurate picking and release of production kits and BOMs.
Take ownership of stock control, packaging solutions, and bonded goods management.
Maintain system data integrity and support paperless processes.
Collaborate on personal and team KPIs aligned with departmental goals.
