The Role:
As Stores Manager, you'll take ownership of our Stores operations, leading a skilled team to ensure all customer products and materials are received, inspected, stored, and distributed efficiently. Overseeing all inventory management, including Goods Inward, storage, labelling, and issuing to production, you'll play a key role in keeping production running smoothly, driving process improvements, and maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and compliance.
We are looking for someone to lead and develop the Stores team, providing guidance, training, and performance support. You will be able to ensure materials meet quality standards and are delivered on time to prevent production delays, whilst always maintaining compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards, fostering a safe workplace.
The right person will be results driven, proactive with excellent communication, planning and organisational skills. We are looking for someone with proven knowledge of stores processes, inventory control and stringent safety regulations. A minimum of 5 years' experience in Stores Operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role is essential.
