As we continue to grow, TES is seeking a Stores Operative to join our expanding Ballykelly team.

Role Summary





As a Stores Operative you will play a critical role in maintaining the smooth operation of the warehouse, ensuring accurate handling, storage, and distribution of parts and components in compliance with business need.


Main Responsibilities:




To support inventory control in Central Stores to dispatch Managing parts or products, including goods in. Counting materials, equipment, merchandise or supplies in stock Reporting discrepancies between physical counts and computer records Assist the purchasing department in controlling and administering the receipt and/or return of supplies. Ensuring all Tools/ Equipment are signed out and returned as required Checking of delivery notes to ensure they correctly describe product/service supplied. Accuracy of paperwork and SAGE information for all goods in Stores Track and monitor and organise stock levels as required by Workshop or Site demand. Identification and implementation of solution/improvements/preventative action where possible. Forklift truck driving as required.

The Person:




A minimum of 12 months relevant stores / warehousing experience in a similar position. Production / Manufacturing experience. PC literate with competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook. Attention to detail. Strong interpersonal and organisational skills. Excellent communication skills. Self-motivated, with a 'can-do' approach to work and willingness to learn and assist. Organised and disciplined in your planning and approach to work. Work well and confidently as part of a team in a busy environment.
