AB-GSE are looking for a Stores Person who is responsible for Implementing goods received, tracking inventory, and storing goods within the allocated facilities. Duties to include supporting VAA within a fast-paced environment, and strictly complying with Part 145, EASA, CAA regulations

Your tasks

Booking items into AB-GSE's inventory system (Quantum) following AB-GSE's booking in procedure Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred. Stock Checking inventory (Monthly) A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs. Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards Co-ordinate internal consumable repairs/soft furnishing, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination. Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when item needed. Update parts movement spreadsheets daily. Daily shuttle runs to off-site facility.

Your profile

Full UK Driving License Strong Excel skills Computer Literate Tracking Movement of stock and managing the storage Stores Experience essential, preferably within aviation Industry ? Delivery Driving Experience preferred with LWB commercial vehicles Must be Flexible. Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritize. Good Teamwork skills
