Baywater Healthcare provides critical Home Oxygen and long-term condition services to patients in the community on behalf of the NHS. Every one of our depots includes a dedicated workshop where our Stores Person plays a key role in ensuring the efficient loading and unloading of stock, accurate monitoring of inventory levels, and smooth supply of equipment to our field teams. We're now looking for reliable, hands-on, and safety-conscious individuals to join our team.
About the Role:
This role involves maintaining fully stocked Kanban systems across sites, accurately processing goods in/out to MHRA standards, and delivering equipment and consumables to technicians and depots. You'll ensure correct storage and stock rotation, maintain high health and safety standards, complete all paperwork accurately, and support general driving and delivery tasks as required.
About You:
We do not require you to have any previous experience in healthcare. If you're excited about working for us and have most of the skills we're looking for, then please apply. Ideally, you'd be a compassionate, community-centred individual who is able to:
Full UK driving licence - essential
FLT licence - desirable (training can be provided)
Proven experience in a stores, warehouse, or logistics role
Confident communicator with a can-do attitude and ability to work independently
Strong attention to detail, particularly when processing stock and deliveries
Good IT and paperwork handling skills
Ability to manage time effectively and respond flexibly to changing priorities
