Position: Stores / Warehouse Assistant / 7.5t driver

Dhollandia UK Ltd is a factory owned subsidiary and responsible for sales, service and distribution of its tail lift products throughout the United Kingdom.

A vacancy has arisen within our Stores Department based in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire for a Stores / Warehouse person / 7.5t driver. The role is split across these tasks. It's likely that up to 40-50% of your time would be out driving the truck but this can vary from week to week.

The Responsibilities

Auditing incoming orders to ensure correct pricing. Processing customer spare part orders Liaising with our 70+ nationwide service partners via email and telephone regarding their orders Deal with Pod and delivery status Assist in the stores / warehouse at peak periods to pick / dispatch goods Maintain stock lift inventory Preparing stock lifts for dispatch via 3rd party hauliers Preparing / loading and delivery of tail lifts on our 7.5t truck Strict Adherence to driver working hours and Tachograph rules Oversee the maintenance and inspection of the truck to ensure legal compliance
Your Profile

The successful candidate will require the following:

A valid License, or grandfather rights for driving a vehicle up to 7.5t GVW Ideally you will have undertaken the CPC course, however if this isn't the case training will be provided Be computer literate Have a very flexible approach to work, good time keeping and organisational skills The ability to use own initiative and work in a methodical way Be a good communicator
