Job Description

We are a Peterborough based agricultural specialist since 1995, providing agricultural spares and equipment.

What You'll Be Doing:

Receiving, unpacking, and sorting deliveries. Organising and locating stock in designated storage areas. Picking, packing, and dispatching customer orders. Assisting with general yard duties and supporting operations across multiple storage sites. Taking the lead in reorganising and streamlining our current workshop and stores facilities. Helping implement new storage and picking systems where needed.

Who We're Looking For:

Someone hands-on, organised, and forward-thinking. Able to work independently and follow instructions clearly. Comfortable working outdoors and capable of manual lifting. Ideally with an interest in agricultural machinery (but not essential). Must have own transport due to our rural location and a valid driving licence.

Hours & Pay:

There are options for part-time or full-time hours, with a flexible approach to start and finish times, if they align with business needs.
Pay: National Minimum Wage (negotiable dependant on experience).
Start date: ASAP
