Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the stores, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning.
- Keep accurate stock levels and report losses and/or shortages to your manager
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure adequate stock availability.
- Ensure stocks are controlled efficiently and kept in the correct location
- Cut requested material for digital and/or lithographic print machinery, using the guillotine or slitter
- Use a forklift truck to unload suppliers and load/unload onto racking
- Confidently liaise with your production manager if you experience any equipment faults or errors.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate activities and achieve overall business objectives.
Experience:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of inventory management principles and practices.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Forklift licence is essential
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: 12.30-12.60 per hour
Expected hours: 42 per week
