Stores Person

Key Responsibilities & Duties:

Ensure that all movements of stock are transacted electronically in real time.

Manage and report on Material Shortages to the Purchasing Team.

Ensure that Stock accuracy is always maintained.

Assist in Loading and Unloading of inbound and outbound goods.

Issuing of Parts to Build Locations.

Enforce good housekeeping disciplines.

Oversee Health and Safety in the Stores and Logistics Areas.

Prepare shipments for dispatch and organise all relevant paperwork.

Other Responsibilities:

Offer support to the Purchasing team on the following:

o Order Processing

o Raising Purchase Orders

o Shortage Queries

Assisting Shop Floor colleagues with movement of parts / machines.

Maintaining the MRP / SAGE system.

About You:

Valid Driving License with a clean driving record.

Valid FLT License.

Able to work both individually and part of a team.

Competent IT Skills (SAGE experience preferred).

Good Communication Skills, both written & verbal.

Previous experience as a Stores Person.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: 26,000.00-28,000.00 per year
