Job Description

As a Storeperson at NOV Flowline and Wireline based in Kintore, you will play a key role in ensuring the seamless flow of materials in and out of the site. This position demands a detail-oriented individual who can accurately manage goods receipt, storage, picking, packing, and shipment, all while maintaining data integrity within the computerized stock system. You will collaborate closely with project and logistics teams to support business operations, drive efficiency, and uphold standards. The role suits a proactive individual ready to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and develop their skills in a dynamic manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Loading and unloading - Receive and dispatch goods safely and efficiently. Material receipt and verification - Accurately enter received materials and services into the computerized stock system and verify certification against purchase orders and standards. Project picking and issue - Timely and precise picking of project materials, ensuring both physical and electronic issuing. Cycle counts and stocktaking - Participate in daily cycle counts, stock reconciliation, and inventory reporting. Packing and shipping - Assist in picking, packing, and preparing goods for onward shipment in line with company procedures. Documentation and admin - Prepare delivery paperwork, maintain accurate records, and support general administrative duties.

Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience in a similar manufacturing stores or warehouse role - ensures familiarity with operational requirements. Working knowledge of ERP systems - essential for managing stock records and transactions. Proficient in document control and material certification processes - required for compliance and traceability. Understanding of cycle counting and inventory control - vital for accurate stock management.

Desired Qualifications:

Experience with logistics coordination or delivery preparation - beneficial for outbound operations. Familiarity with industry standards for material verification - supports quality assurance. Previous exposure to project-based material handling - enhances understanding of business needs.
