Stores/Stock Assistant

Position Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Stores Assistant to support our stores department. This position offers hands-on experience across a variety of tasks vital to the smooth operation of the business. It's an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or progress their career.

Primary responsibilities:

Ensure all customer requirements are met within the company's ethos of 'Zero defects, remember why'.

Stores Support:

Booking in deliveries and ensuring accurate documentation is collected

Counting and managing inventory

Assisting with stock updates and general warehouse organisation

Maintaining records - good knowledge of Excel required.

Kitting components ready for production

Minimum requirements:

Computer literate

Must be able to pass BPSS clearance and be from one of the NATO countries

Ability to stand on your feet all day

Good phone etiquette

Strong work ethic

Strong accuracy and attention to detail - Essential

Willingness to learn

Must be numeric

Must hold GCSE Grade C/5 or above in English and Maths

Working hours 8.30am-5pm, Monday - Friday

40 hours a week

Salary dependant on age and experience

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From 13.00 per hour
