What will you contribute?



As a

Strategic Account Executive

for Finastra's

Corporate Lending Solutions

, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key existing clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, ensuring client satisfaction, identifying opportunities for expansion, and aligning Finastra's solutions with evolving customer needs. This role emphasizes long-term partnership development over net new sales, with a focus on strategic account planning and value delivery.


Responsibilities & Deliverables:



Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client retention, satisfaction, and growth Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, building trusted relationships with senior stakeholders Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts by understanding client goals and challenges Collaborate with internal teams (product, services, support) to ensure successful solution delivery and client outcomes Maintain a deep understanding of Finastra's Corporate Lending offerings and how they align with client needs Monitor account health, usage trends, and satisfaction metrics to proactively address risks and opportunities Lead regular business reviews and strategic planning sessions with clients Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting in CRM systems Represent Finastra at industry events, user groups, and client forums Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory developments impacting clients

Experience:



10+ years

of experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or FinTech account management or strategic sales Proven success managing large, complex accounts and building long-term client relationships with large Banks or financial institutions Experience working with C-level executives and navigating complex decision-making environments Background in financial services, particularly in lending or banking technology, is highly preferred

Required Skills and Experience:



Strong consultative and relationship management skills Ability to understand client business models and align solutions to strategic objectives Deep knowledge of the corporate lending landscape and related technologies Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Proven ability to manage internal resources and cross-functional teams to deliver client success Skilled in account planning, forecasting, and pipeline management Results-driven, responsive, and highly organized

Education:



Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related field
