The Role

This position also offers the chance to travel regularly--whether it's meeting with clients on-site to strengthen relationships or attending industry events, you'll have the chance to build your personal brand within the industry.

While prior sales experience is a plus, it's not strictly necessary. We provide comprehensive sales training as part of the role to help you build the skills and confidence needed to succeed. Role Requirements



Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions Use business analytics to build efficient and targeted sales strategies Collaborate with colleagues to develop new sales tactics, marketing, and product solutions Keep track of your upcoming activities and record accurate notes on the CRM Produce regular reports, to be shared with the sales manager and directors Regularly visit key clients in order to build on relationships and identify new opportunities for growth Attend industry events throughout Europe Manage customer relationships and brand image via industry social media channels Collaborate with other teams within the business to deliver on wider projects

Who we're looking for



A self-assured, engaging, and approachable person who excels in social environments Passion for closing deals and hunting down new opportunities Ability to think strategically with commercial outcomes in mind Thrives in fast-paced, close-knit team environments Proficient in IT, with experience using tools such as spreadsheets, Slack/Teams, and ChatGPT Willing and able to travel across the UK with regular overnight stays A UK driving license (within three months of employment starting) Ideally, prior experience in a role with lots of direct customer engagement

Earnings and Hours



The starting salary is 30,000 + commission, with starting OTE of 40,000+ 33 days paid holiday, 5 paid sick days (per year) The typical hours are 9am - 5pm, Monday - Friday Initially, the role is fully office-based in Banbury or spent travelling to visit customers. After six months, one day per week working from home may be available
