About the Role



As a Strategic Account Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing a portfolio of key, high-end customer accounts across the Public Sector and Private Sector. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders, ensuring client satisfaction while identifying opportunities to expand partnerships and drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



Manage, grow, and retain a portfolio of high-value customer accounts. Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive sales performance. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders. Host client meetings and deliver compelling sales presentations. Prepare competitive quotes, process orders, and ensure seamless account management. Maximise contract value through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic account planning. Collaborate with internal teams to deliver bespoke client solutions.

About You



You are commercially astute, strategically minded, and bring extensive experience in B2B sales within the Fire & Security industry. You excel at building long-term relationships with senior-level clients and have the drive to consistently exceed expectations.

Essential Skills & Experience:



Proven track record in needs-based selling and closing high-value B2B deals (essential). Experience within the Fire & Security industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Excellent attention to detail with strong numeracy and IT proficiency. Commercially aware with a strategic and proactive mindset. Driven & Results-Oriented: Passionate about exceeding targets and securing new business. Confident engaging with senior stakeholders and decision-makers. Self-Motivated & Independent: Able to manage your own pipeline and deliver results.
