You will report to a Sales Director and your
main duties
will include:
Strategic/ KeyAccount management & development (B2B) - being the internal point of contact for the customer for all of their ongoing business needs.
Supporting the growth of existing accounts by providing an exceptional level of customer care and recognising opportunities to increase sales.
Working closely with other departments within the business to ensure customers needs are communicated and understood in order to fulfil technical, quality and delivery requirements.
Translating customer enquiries and orders into workable solutions for the Technical Sales Administrators (TSAs) to process accurately.
Answering customer queries regarding their enquiries, orders or deliveries.
Getting involved in new product launches for both new and existing customers; participating in tender opportunity discussions which aim to reduce our costs, maximise profitability and ensure the production feasibility of products quoted.
Handling customer complaints by following the company complaints procedure in order to resolve issues as quickly and effectively as possible.
Monitoring jobs that are at risk of delivery failure; providing regular updates to the customers
Capturing data from the ERP system in order to understand customer performance; raising the awareness of clients who are not reaching their anticipated spend levels, as well as looking for opportunities to gain additional sales.
Attending client meetings
Attending any relevant internal meetings and producing reports on an ad-hoc basis.

Complaints to be responded to within 3 hours, with the aim of resolving in full following proper investigation
Telephone account reviews with existing and new customers.

Required skills & experience:
A
proven B2B account management/ sales experienc
e (2 years) - ideally from labels/ print/FMCG
Be target-driven with a passion for sales and customer service
Have a demonstrable track record in building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Strong commercial acumen
Have excellent communication and inter-personal skills to comfortably deal with people at all levels
Demonstrable ability to communicate and influence credibly and effectively at all levels
Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying attention to detail
Be self-motivated, driven to achieve own and business goals
Ability to work autonomously
Be a professional who can work on own initiative
Have strong IT and administration skills (MS Word, Excel, CRM systems)
