What I will be doing?





We're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Strategic Account Manager to join our Publisher team in London.


As a Strategic Account Manager, you will have the opportunity to work with premium CTV and omnichannel clients to deliver superior account management, helping to drive growth both for the client and the EMEA business

This is a high impact role, responsible for all aspects of account management (post-sales), from launch to growth for key UK and EMEA clients

You will serve as the main point of contact to the client, working with them to overcome challenges and deliver a strategic growth plan to meet their goals

Working collaboratively with Business Development, Publisher Solutions and Sales teams to drive both operational and commercial initiatives forward

Manage and grow your own book of business across EMEA to ensure global pitches and up-sell opportunities are maximised while supporting the Senior Strategic Account Manager

Understanding data and monitoring reports to ensure account performance

Gain a deep understanding of the strategy of the accounts and suggest opportunities of when to utilise Nexxen's complete offering

Provide strategic consulting services regarding inventory monetisation to your clients and undertake Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) to ensure your publisher partners are as profitable as they can be

Compile and examine data and metrics to drive decisions on up-selling products

Work closely with the commercial demand team and make decisions based on analysis and demand needs.

Assist in producing the relevant sales collateral for demand and demand ops teams



What will I bring?




Minimum of 2 years of account management experience in a client-facing role

An understanding of the programmatic industry

Proven success in developing and growing client relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and delivering solutions that align with publisher goals

Being an ambitious and positive team player with a passion and curiosity for ad tech, ready to take the next step in your career

You are analytical and able to solve problems, articulate solutions, and analyse and report upon data

The ability to prepare and present value proposition on key publishers to internal stakeholders

Experience in taking ownership of account management

The ability to understand both business and technical challenges and communicate effectively with all levels of stakeholders

Please note - Nexxen follows a hybrid work model, working 3 days in our London office per week. The remaining 2 business days, you are free to work remotely.
