We're partnering with a global technology services organisation looking for a
Strategic Account Manager
to take ownership of some of their most valuable enterprise clients. This is a senior role, ideal for someone who enjoys being at the heart of client strategy - driving growth, nurturing long-term partnerships, and aligning technology with business outcomes.
You'll be managing a portfolio currently worth around
3-4 million
, with scope to grow it to
10 million+
, working closely with senior stakeholders across complex, multi-layered organisations.
What you'll be doing
Leading strategic relationships with key enterprise clients, acting as their trusted advisor.
Developing account strategies that align technology solutions with clients' wider business goals.
Identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and leading the full sales cycle.
Collaborating with delivery and technical teams to ensure service excellence and client success.
Creating and executing account plans, managing performance metrics, and ensuring profitable delivery.
What we're looking for
5+ years' experience
in account management or sales (ideally within IT, consulting, or tech services).
3+ years
working in a
service-based environment
.
A background in programme or product managemen
t.
Proven success managing
portfolios of 8-10 million
.
Strong
commercial mindset
and ability to navigate large, complex organisations.
Confident engaging at C-suite level and aligning tech strategy with business outcomes.
Experience working with
Retail clients
and supporting them through technology-led solutions.
