About the Role
This is a high?profile Strategic Account Manager position responsible for managing our newly won Media City estate and supporting other National Security contracts. The role focuses on client engagement, operational excellence, and commercial performance--ensuring Bidvest Noonan delivers exceptional service and meets all revenue, compliance, and governance targets.

Key Responsibilities
Client Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as the primary point of contact for Media City and designated national accounts.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.
Lead
quarterly breakfast briefings
with clients and stakeholders to share performance insights, innovation updates, and forward plans.
Act as a
strategic advisor to the client
, providing guidance on security legislation and emerging risks, including compliance with
Martyn's Law
and other relevant frameworks.
Conduct regular account reviews and present performance reports to clients and internal stakeholders.
Represent Bidvest Noonan at relevant industry forums and client?led initiatives to strengthen relationships and brand presence.
Operational Excellence & Compliance
Deliver all contractual obligations, SLAs, and KPIs across the portfolio.
Manage operational teams and ensure compliance with company policies, Health & Safety, and industry standards.
Oversee
control room operations
, ensuring 24/7 performance, adherence to procedures, and effective incident management.
Ensure adherence to security protocols and governance frameworks across all sites.
Maintain
GDPR compliance
, safeguarding data integrity and confidentiality in all operational and reporting processes.
Oversee documentation compliance, governance, and
training compliance
, ensuring mandatory training is completed on time.
Oversee HR matters including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievance processes.
Workforce & Resource Management
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, rostering, and workforce planning for assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal teams (HR, H&S, Technical) to resolve escalations and support operational excellence.
Monitor and enforce standards, behaviours, and performance across all teams.
Commercial Performance
Monitor and manage
P&L
performance, identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost efficiency.
Track variances, implement corrective actions, and ensure accurate forecasting and billing.
Innovation, Technology & Best Practice
Champion technology and innovation
--evaluate, pilot, and implement digital tools (e.g., incident reporting, analytics dashboards, access control integrations) that enhance efficiency, resilience, and client experience.
Embed best practice standards
by benchmarking against industry frameworks and integrating improvements across accounts.
Drive strategic projects aligned to client objectives and Bidvest Noonan's innovation roadmap, ensuring measurable outcomes.

Candidate Profile
Valid
Front Line SIA Licence
(Essential)
IOSH Managing Safely
(Essential)
Level 3 Management Qualification or above (Desirable)
Proven experience managing multi?site security operations and large teams
Strong commercial acumen with experience managing P&L for significant portfolios
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships and internal teams
Proactive, organised, and able to manage conflicting priorities effectively
Strong working knowledge of MS Office and willingness to undertake further development courses
