Your main mission as a

Strategic Account Manager

will be to deliver the highest standards of account management by building strategic relationships with our clients and providing market-leading customer service and ongoing support beyond the point of sale. You will manage a dedicated portfolio of clients and be responsible for providing day-to-day support and serving as their main point of contact for all queries.


Responsibilities




Networking to attract new customers in the strategic account manager's respective sector. Analysis of market trends and identifying new opportunities. Increasing sales in the strategic account managers respective sector to grow our UK footprint. To maintain good relations with our existing clients, operating the highest levels of account management. Regular travel is essential and as required. Devise market leading commercial propositions that enable delivery of the annual budget for the UK. Act as the main point of contact for leads in the strategic account manager's respective sector.

Qualifications




University degree in Business, Sales , or a related field. Good commercial acumen. Minimum of [3] years of experience in a similar role. Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in the automotive and insurance industry is essential. Evidence of account management and relationship building. Proven track record of negotiating and onboarding new clients.
