The Services Product Management team is seeking a results-driven
Strategic Business Development Senior Advisor
to identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities and strategic partnerships
within our managed/professional and other emerging services portfolios.
Individual will analyze market data to identify trends/opportunities, develop strategic direction from market information, and creates compelling market analysis presentations.
The advisor works closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and implement comprehensive strategies through effective product management that prioritizes understanding of the client's challenges and goals to achieve profitable long-term growth and expansion. You must enjoy spending time in the market to understand problems and challenges and develop innovative solutions for the broader market.
Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
Identify, evaluate new business opportunities with end customers/partners to define the product roadmap that meets the technological, price, feature and timing. Understand competitive landscape dynamics and update strategy to drive business goals.
Market Analysis & Insights:
Work closely with Customer Success and Sales teams to understand the market requirements. Maintain the solid understanding of product mix, pricing strategy, key applications and vertical segments
Opportunity Pipeline:
Responsible for the acquisition of service market needs via end-user, sales, and channel input, and general market assessments. Drive monthly major deals review of regional field teams for the necessary support. Enabled sales and partner community - correct positioning and ability to win against competitions
Lifecycle Management
: Manage product life cycle of managed services products. Oversees collaboration with finance, product marketing, sales operations, marketing management, service delivery and other internal personnel in the development of execution plans, pricing, and cost recommendations
Performance Analysis:
Analyze regional revenue and margin based on performance vs. target. Define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales data to measure the effectiveness of strategic initiatives and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
Innovation:
Foster an environment that encourages new ideas and innovative solutions to business challenges through a consultative approach with customers and partners. New product introduction readiness for new services introductions.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in marketing or other business-related field is preferred
12+ years of experience in business development or sales
Experience working within or with Managed or Professional services
Ability to drive business opportunities across Europe
Strong communication skills and ability to establish strong relationships
Ability to work with data and drive opportunities through market analysis
Proficient level of English language (other European languages are plus)
Strong collaboration skills, able to work with internal and external stakeholder including partners
Ability to work on marketing activities (Go-To Market)
